Aldinga Beach
This Aldinga Beach residence involved a full reconfiguration of two attached dwellings combined into one. The updated home is being utilised as an Airbnb and required a kid-friendly design. The updates required the team at NDK to construct a new roof, structure, framework and flooring.
Along with the main constructions were four updated bedrooms, two updated bathrooms and a new powder room. This charming retro style home aimed to capture the feel of the 80’s. The front yard landscaping features a constructed putting range whilst the backyard has an undercover pergola, firepit and BBQ.
