We founded NDK Constructions to match the vision of our founder Nick, to craft top quality constructions here in Adelaide. In the first stages of business we began with bespoke residential builds. With our early successes in residential we then expanded to commercial projects, including Aged Care and Insurance.
From project management to delivering a final build, we’ve grown organically over the years because of our meticulous attention to detail and communication.
We know a construction project, big or small, can be a stressful period for our clients. This is why we keep them informed and up to date with how their project is progressing. Forming these trusted relationships is the foundations in which we have built our entire company.
Late 2019
NDK Constructions was founded.
Late 2020
Completed our first residential bespoke project. We delivered it in 10 months.
2021
Branched into the Insurance sector with our first Insurance Builder. We knew we would thrive in this sector given our experience with remedial and general repairs.
2023
Branched out into Aged Care. Formed a great partnership with a leading Aged Care facility in South Australia.
2024
Expanded out team/office staff and purchased land to build an office/warehouses to support our growth.
2025
Moved into new offices, further expanded team to facilitate our growth. Went from 1 insurance builder in 2021, to 8 in 2025.

What insurance must be provided?
As a builder in South Australia, we have all insurances that are required by law. For example, we have indemnity insurance for residential buildings which protect our clients in any worst case scenarios. We follow all protocols rigorously to ensure our clients know they are dealing with a trusted business.
Do I need development approval before starting work?
The majority of construction work in South Australia requires development approval. We can assist you in the process of gaining approval or you may already have it yourself. Letting us know what stage you’re up to helps us better understand your current situation.
Who will supervise my building work?
Nick or any other nominated person on the NDK Construction team with the correct registration will supervise the project. All supervisors on the team have active and up-to-date registrations along with a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Do you hold a current South Australian building work contractor licence?
Yes, it is legally required for us to carry a building work contractor licence. Not only us but any subcontractors we use hold these licenses as required by law in South Australia.
